Socialist Policy Seminars
If we are really to build a better society out of this pandemic, this must be the moment when we ditch the marketisation, deregulation and privatisation that not only left us woefully underprepared for this crisis but have hindered the response.
But to win a progressive alternative, we need to raise clear demands and build the movements that campaign for them. So throughout 2022, the Socialist Campaign Group of Labour MPs is organising a series of online policy seminars – in association with ourselves at the Labour Assembly Against Austerity and supported by Momentum – looking at the key policies we need to be raising in our movement and throughout society.
The first three are below starting with a special event on the fight for a socialist Green New Deal on Monday 17 January at 7pm.https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/after-cop26-the-fight-for-a-socialist-green-new-deal-tickets-230854952377
