Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate welcomes first anniversary of Repair Cafe

Hannah Dawson, your Labour Parliamentary Candidate, was delighted to visit the Repair Cafe to celebrate its first anniversary. The Repair Cafe is a fantastic initiative run by volunteers which aims to help reduce waste and consumption. Hannah said, “It was brilliant to meet some of the volunteers and trustees – just this morning alone I saw a 1950s projector having a new plug refitted, a hairdryer being fixed, and groups of volunteers looking at how they could fix a record player.”
